In the Nabla Console, every provider has a role, each with its own permissions.
There are 3 roles:
- Administrator: they help manage providers and patients and can perform other administrative tasks on the account
- Practitioner: they deliver care by communicating with patients
- Reviewer: they can access anonymised communications with patients to monitor quality and efficiency of care. In this mode, they can access the anonymised messages sent between practitioner and patients but won't access images, voice messages or patient medical information.
