When caring for a patient, medical staff can use the copilot side panel to get some help and save time.
Based on both the actual conversation and previous other conversations, copilot will rank and suggest different items
that can be sent to the patient:
- messages, which come from previous similar conversations. Clicking on the suggestion will send the message in the composer in case you need to edit it before sending
- actions, based on the conversation tags and/or the context. Example: send a questionnaire or a prescription, assign the conversation to someone or a speciality, or schedule a follow-up message
- contents: URL or content sent in similar situations
Medical staff can also create message templates either directly from the copilot panel or by hovering over a message sent in a conversation. These templates are also suggested based on how they were used in past conversations.
