The Connect iframe. Render it without a `src`: the SDK sets it.

### url[​](#url "Direct link to url")

The encounter URL from `POST /encounters` or `POST /encounters/url`: HTTPS, or HTTP on localhost. It is single-use, so a new client needs a new one.

Encounter URLs only. A settings URL (`POST /settings/url`) is not an encounter: load it in a plain iframe without the SDK. A client created on it never gets a first state.
